Technically this is bone dry but Akishika sakes are never so simple. Oku-san teases out accents of fruit and spice for a sake that only gets better with age. This is a special batch directly bottled from the press (Jikagumi).
What you can expect:
Pleasing bitterness with fresh aroma of pomelo, pear and hints of spices. Bone dry and crisp mouthfeel. Incredibly complex.
