Wild-caught in traditional octopus pots from the North East and Eastern and Central Atlantic, Jose Gourmet's octopus is pre-cooked before canning with two classic ingredients: olive oil and garlic, giving it a special aroma while retaining its original flavour unaltered. Pre-cooking allows the octopus to retain its wonderful texture, never soggy.
Garnish with finely chopped peppers, coriander and onions for even greater enjoyment.
Ingredients: Octopus (70.8%), Olive Oil (27.6%), Garlic (0.8%) and Salt.
Store at ambient temperature. If not completely consumed, store in sealed container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
