Tasanshu means "high acidity sake", and it gets that character from the rare #28 yeast. That acidity is balanced by umami and sweetness to make this a beautiful sipper. Brewed using Akishika's own-grown organic rice.

Refreshing and fruity, rich and complex with layers of umami, combining sweetness and vibrant acidity. Serve lightly chilled or warmed to 40°C for a brew that resembles cozy warmed apple cider.
