What you can expect:
The Nyukon Itteki Junmai Daiginjo shows great complexity. It is more acidic than most common daiginjo; strong in flavour yet light on the palate with a good balance of sweetness and dryness. Pairs well with most food. An exceptional example of Junmai Daiginjo.
